RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Equipment rental prices are based on a 24 - hour period. Weekly and monthly rates are available upon request. All prices are F.O.B. our premises.

2. An approved account application form is required prior to any rental.

3. All rentals are COD unless credit has been approved. Credit terms are net 30. For your convenience, we also accept Visa, Master Card and American Express.

4. The equipment operator must be familiar with the operation of the equipment. We can provide minimal instruction at our facility for an additional charge.

5. We inspect and maintain all equipment prior to renting it. If a problem occurs, please notify us immediately. We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. No adjustments will be made for problems reported after termination of rental.

6. Prior to rental, proof of equipment insurance must be on file with us. Insurance must be in a sufficient amount to cover replacement / repair of any and all items rented and must cover equipment during the duration of the rental, including during the transportation of the equipment to and from Broadcast Rentals' place of business. The certificate must name Broadcast Rentals as loss payee / additional insured.

7. A charge will be assessed if you do not have insurance coverage.

8. By renting the equipment, you assume full responsibility for all loss or damage, including loss during shipping, until the equipment has been received by Broadcast Rentals. The rental rate will continue until the equipment has been returned and, if required, repaired.
