From humble beginnings working out of a small room, to becoming one of the largest rental facilities in the Southwest, Broadcast Rentals has grown quickly, while still maintaining the excellent customer service they are so well known for.

In 1994, Steve "Ozzie" Oslund and his wife, Deborah, started the business out of a bedroom in their house in Phoenix. They saw a need to provide the broadcast market with well-maintained video equipment and exceptional service. When the business overtook their house, they knew it was time to move it into warehouse space. The growth of their business and the video production industry led them, in June 1999, to open an office in San Diego.

Today, Broadcast Rentals maintains an impressive inventory of broadcast and support equipment, which includes High Definition, Digital and SP Betacams, specialty cameras, VTRs, data projection equipment, prompters, switchers, and remote audio and lighting gear. They can provide whatever equipment you need, for everything from weddings to mulit-camera productions.

The long-term employees at Broadcast Rentals are service oriented and have a broad knowledge of every aspect of the broadcast industry, including engineering, equipment, production, and audio-visual presentations.
